As leaders, we have all the abilities and expertise required to confront issues and come up with solutions. To prevent failure or reduce casualties, we are also instructed on managing specific scenarios. as a potential PNP officers in charge of public safety. Our subordinates' abilities must be considered to prevent or minimize failure. Knowing our employees and assigning them jobs by their talents allows us to ensure they are in the correct positions and provide them with extra monitoring and direction throughout the operation.

We are in this leadership position for a purpose, so we must act by what we have studied and been taught. A leader's responsibility always is to act morally and consider the best course of action in stressful circumstances to set an example for our followers. Learning from others' errors is another tool we can utilize to prevent or reduce failure. Because most leaders base their choices on the awareness that other leaders have failed, we know that learning from our mistakes is expensive.

With this, we can also hone our abilities in readiness for upcoming situations and be ready for the worst-case scenario. As a leader, it is our responsibility to develop our team members to work together to overcome any obstacles that may arise. This fosters teamwork and encourages respect for one another's differences. Each of us has a narrative and lessons to teach our coworkers and subordinates.

Planning is done when we provide the individuals with the knowledge they need to know about the things that need to be done. Planning is done before conducting operations to understand their purpose and the goal we hope to achieve. To reduce unit failure, we can prepare and equip our personnel. Since we all have various opinions based on our individual service histories, most individuals also have their perspectives on the operation that needs to be performed. Given that experience is a terrific teacher, this is a fantastic tool. And while most of our population is educated, a few are disoriented or lack direction.

Because of this, our duty as leaders is to ensure the welfare and security of the people we govern. To complete our unit's mission and safeguard our team, we must put aside our disparities in status and think broadly. Overall, to be an influential leaders, we must accept responsibility for our actions, inform our team, provide them with the necessary training, delegate work according to their qualifications, and learn from the mistakes of others.

By doing so, we can prevent or reduce unit failures and encourage continuous learning inside our company. As a cadet, I urge my fellow cadets to read books and articles about preventing unit failures. As we read or engage with these topics, we can form interpretations that we can compare to those of others or our classmates to create an output that may ultimately improve our policing system.
