"stands for Humility, Enthusiasm, Aspire, Respect, Timely, and Appropriate Response."

This is the well-known catchphrase of PBGEN Jimili Lopez Macaraeg, Regional Director of Police Region 12. He welcomed us when we conducted the Cadet Attachment Program in Region 1—and advised us to constantly act morally and in a way that comes from the heart or service.
We also paid PCOL Rogelio Zabala Jr., the DRDO of Police Regional Office 12, a polite call. He cautioned that to be ready when the time comes for us to be questioned, as prospective public safety officers, we must be aware of the PNP's current regulations. We could even let our coworkers know about these rules.
The questions "What" and "Why" will teach us everything we need to know about certain situations; thus, those are the only two things we need to consider when trying to learn something. He also explained how the stations maintain personnel welfare and morale by offering usable on-site quartering facilities. These are only a few of the most important things we have discovered today.
Furthermore, this is important because, as police, we take the time necessary to comprehend and process all the jobs we learned while immersed in the station. We find it extremely important to interact with our upper-level students and learn about their perspectives and thoughts from the early stages of their careers. Overall, they offered professional, leadership, and policing advice that we could pass along to our peers and first-year students. Recognize your priorities in life and thank your parents for all they have done for you.
