“Alone, we can do so little; together, we can do so much” – Helen Keller

We received an overview of the current positions and the importance of the police-community relations division from the police station's Community Affairs Division. The Community Affairs Division's primary goal is to create successful police-community relations projects promoting enduring relationships with the neighborhood.
The Chief CAD of GSCPO Station 07, PSSgt. Harold John D. Galoyo briefed us on the station's past accomplishments and future goals for growing its Community Affairs Division and helping the neighborhood. The GSCPO Station 07 PMAJ's support makes this possible. PMAJ Dennis Monroid Yuson, Station Commander, oversees and organizes the CAD's timely and effective community relations programs.
One of the critical roles in the academy that resembles the Community Affairs Division in specific ways is the Cadet Relation Officer. During important events and programs, they act as cadet assistants for guests and VIPs, practice cadet-community interactions within the camp, and exhibit cadet-refined personalities so guests and outsiders can see them. As the Cadet Relation Officer for our company, I can attest to the importance of developing solid social skills when we are still cadets in the academy. We must establish good relationships with them since, as I witnessed directly during this station immersion, you will lead a range of people. They must be open-minded to share their ideas and comments with us to enhance the station's offerings and provide better services.
ONE OF THE PCAD ACTIVITIES OF GSCPO STATION 07

BAYANIHAN NI JUANA
The Project, closely allied with the Philippine National Police, is pushing for a more active application of policing focused on providing community services. We picture a world without poverty, where women are valued, uplifted, and treated equally as members of society.
The Spanish word "JUANA" is used to describe "Girls." Every woman must band together in the area of responsibility to become an empowered woman, which would produce noticeable results in the community in promoting and carrying out various activities, maintaining peace and order as it believes that growth and development depend on the confidence of the public in the law enforcement unit.
"Bayanihan ni Juana" is a group of women who volunteer their services to police station 07 to promote and carry out various activities, keep the peace, and preserve order because they think growth and progress depend on the public's trust in the law enforcement agency. As a result, this station established the "Bayanihan ni Juana" project, a women's advocacy group that will work to develop a solid working relationship with the local community in support of the ongoing campaign against the abuse of women and children, illegal drug use, communist insurgency, extremist terrorism, and disaster preparedness.
