"And when you want something, the whole universe will conspire in helping you to achieve it" - Paulo Coelho.

The Duty Officer for the day, PCPT Dunque, instructed the following police non-commissioned officers with their assigned tour of duty for this particular day. Additionally, he provided advice on the significance of respecting the ranks, saying that "we must respect the ranks, not merely the seniority." Despite the age gap between us, we were appointed to our jobs for a purpose. He also gave a lecture on the difference between legal and lawful orders.
"All lawful orders are legal, but not all are lawful," he remarked. From my perspective, what he mentioned is true, especially since we will be young police officers once we graduate and will frequently be in charge of those older than us. These ideas must be instilled in the minds of our people if we want them to have a road to follow and absorb the proper behavior.

During our lunch with PCOL Jomar Alexis Yap, the acting city director of GSCPO, he shared his “cheat” in an impromptu speech. He said that to have a good lesson, we must focus on the PNP Organization chart guide, like the different positions in the field, like the Investigation, Operation down to Police Community Relations.
And when at least when you do this, you will have a path to follow. Also, when writing down reaction papers, he said we must use the 5W 1H technique and then add some research questions, such as what went wrong and what went right.
After we reported to Acting City Director, he said that it had been a long time since he received a new issue of the Kalasag. And then went to Regional Office to have some photo opportunities. We also went to Police station 07 at Barangay Fatima to render a courtesy call to PMAJ Dennis Monroid Yuson of Class 2015 and here some advice and guidance with regards to our Cadet Attachment Program; he shared with us his experiences during his time and how to have a fruitful and worth it experience on CAP.
